Are rentals monthly basis?
Yes, rentals are for 30 days, and we do shave a shorter rental period of 15 days.
Are BiPAP machines disinfected and safe?
Yes, all BiPAP are disinfected and a 100 % safe to use since ventilators are positive pressure machines there is no chance of a patient’s breath reaching it.
Should we re use accessories?
Never reuse an accessory used by another patient.
Is delivery charged?
We do not charge a delivery fee. We organize the delivery, and you can make the payment directly to Porter / Ola driver.
Is sleep test easy?
Yes, sleep test is an easy diagnosis. Can be conducted at the Comfort of your home. We need a minimum 5 hours of sleep data.
Do you replace faulty machines?
All our machines are 100% efficient. Again, in case of unforeseen issues we will immediately replace the machine.
