Delivery Location
We currently deliver only within Bangalore.
Delivery Timeline
Orders placed before 5 PM will be delivered on the same day. Orders placed after 5 PM will be delivered the next day.
Order Processing & Payment
Orders are processed only after payment confirmation. Once payment is received, we arrange for delivery immediately.
Delivery Charges
We do not charge a delivery fee. Delivery is arranged via third-party services (e.g., Porter/Ola), and the delivery cost must be paid directly to the driver.

Terms and Conditions
By renting equipment from Okto Healthcare, customers agree to the following:
No Refund Policy
All rental payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Rental Terms
- Rentals are monthly, even if used for fewer days.
- All rentals are pre-paid.
- Delivery and pickup charges are borne by the user.
- Customer is responsible for the equipment during the rental period.
- Damage or misuse must be compensated by the customer.
- Okto is not liable for health outcomes of patients.
- Doctor consultation is recommended before using equipment.
- Equipment should not be sub-rented.
- Extra days of use incur a full new month’s rental fee.
Equipment Damage Charges
Customers will bear the cost for any damage, loss, or tampering with the rented equipment, as per the repair or replacement estimate.
Legal Jurisdiction
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of R.T. Nagar Police Station, Bangalore.
Acceptance of Terms
Placing a rental order confirms the customer’s agreement to all terms outlined here.
Home Test / Home Service Terms
- Home tests and services are conducted by trained personnel following standard hygiene and safety protocols.
- Customers must provide accurate address, contact details, and patient information at the time of booking.
- Appointments are subject to availability and confirmation by the Okto Healthcare team.
- Customers are requested to ensure a safe and accessible environment for the technician during the visit.
- Any delay or rescheduling request should be informed at least 2 hours in advance.
- If the technician is unable to perform the test due to patient non-cooperation or unsafe conditions, the visit may still be chargeable.
- Reports (if applicable) will be shared digitally within the communicated timeline.
- Okto Healthcare is not liable for any medical decisions taken solely based on test results without doctor consultation.
- All payments for home services are non-refundable once the service is booked or completed.
- For tests involving female patients, it is recommended that a female attendant or family member be present during the procedure to ensure patient comfort and safety.
- In case of cancellation by the customer after dispatch of technician, a visit charge may be applicable.
- Okto Healthcare reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or refuse any home test or service at its sole discretion without prior notice in cases of safety risks, incomplete information, or operational limitations.
