Core equipment
The rental unit is supplied with its power adapter and compatible humidifier when applicable to the available model.
Remote guidance
Basic video-call guidance is available for connection and routine machine use. It does not replace medical advice.
Optional home support
Biomedical engineer setup visit
For ₹1,000, a trained biomedical engineer can visit your home to assemble the machine, explain the controls, demonstrate routine cleaning, and guide the patient or caregiver on basic operation.

- Mask-fit and leak-check guidance
- Ramp, humidification and routine controls
- Basic cleaning and care instructions
Clinical settings
Pressure settings must follow a valid prescription or the instructions of the treating doctor. Our engineer does not diagnose sleep apnea or independently prescribe therapy settings.
