This Shipping and Exchange Policy applies to product sales, equipment rental delivery, pickup, and eligible exchanges by Okto Healthcare & Services LLP.

1. Service Area

Okto Healthcare primarily provides services in Bengaluru and selected serviceable locations.

Delivery, pickup, installation, test visits, and technician visits are subject to location, availability, distance, traffic, weather, and operational feasibility.

2. Delivery of Equipment and Products

For equipment rental or purchase, delivery timelines will be confirmed by our team after order confirmation.

Estimated delivery may vary depending on product availability, technician availability, location, payment confirmation, and scheduling.

Delivery may be done by Okto Healthcare staff, technician, courier partner, logistics partner, or customer pickup from office, depending on the service/product.

3. Delivery Charges

Delivery, pickup, installation, or technician visit charges may apply depending on location, product, service type, urgency, and distance.

Any applicable charges will be communicated before confirmation where possible.

4. Customer Availability

The customer must ensure that someone is available at the provided address to receive the equipment/product and provide access for setup, installation, or test.

Failed delivery due to wrong address, unavailable customer, phone not reachable, denied entry, or delayed response may result in additional delivery or visit charges.

5. Inspection at Delivery

Customers are requested to check the equipment/product and accessories at the time of delivery.

Any visible damage, missing item, or mismatch should be reported immediately to Okto Healthcare.

6. Exchange Policy for Purchased Products

Exchange may be considered only in the following cases:

Wrong product delivered, damaged product received, defective product received, or product mismatch.

Exchange requests must be raised within a reasonable time after delivery, preferably within 24–48 hours, with photos/videos and order details.

The product must be unused, undamaged by the customer, with original packaging, invoice, accessories, manuals, and warranty documents where applicable.

7. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items may not be eligible for exchange once opened, used, installed, or delivered:

Masks, tubes, filters, consumables, patient-contact accessories, hygiene-sensitive items, customized items, used medical equipment accessories, or products damaged due to customer handling.

For medical hygiene and safety reasons, patient-contact items may not be accepted for return or exchange once used or opened.

8. Rental Equipment Replacement

For rental equipment, if the equipment develops a technical issue not caused by customer misuse, Okto Healthcare may repair, replace, or provide alternate equipment based on availability.

Replacement will not be provided for damage caused by mishandling, water damage, electrical damage, fall damage, missing accessories, unauthorized opening/repair, or misuse.

9. Return of Rental Equipment

Rental equipment must be returned in the same condition as delivered, along with all accessories, bags, wires, probes, masks, tubes, manuals, and other supplied items.

The customer remains responsible for the equipment until it is returned to Okto Healthcare and inspected.

10. Shipping/Courier for Outside Bengaluru Orders

For products shipped outside Bengaluru, courier timelines depend on courier partner, destination, logistics conditions, and external delays.

Okto Healthcare is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather, strikes, transport issues, wrong address, customer unavailability, or other external factors.
