No Refund Policy
All rental payments made to **Okto Healthcare** are **non-refundable**. Once the rental is confirmed and payment is processed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to early return of equipment, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with the service.
Minimum Rental Period
The **minimum rental period** for any equipment is **30 days**. Even if the equipment is used for a single day, the full **30-day rental charge** will apply.
Advance Payment Policy
All rentals are **pre-paid**, and payment must be made in full before the equipment is delivered. Partial payments or post-usage billing is not available.
Excess Rental Usage
If the rental equipment is not returned within the agreed rental period, an additional **full month’s rental charge** will be applied, irrespective of the number of extra days used.
Equipment Damage Charges
Customers are responsible for maintaining the rented medical equipment in good condition. Any **damage, loss, or misuse** of the equipment will result in additional charges based on repair or replacement costs.
Legal Jurisdiction
All **legal matters and disputes** related to the rental services will fall under the jurisdiction of **R.T. Nagar Police Station, Bangalore**. Customers agree to resolve any disputes in accordance with Bangalore’s local laws.
Agreement to Terms
By renting any medical equipment from Okto Healthcare, the customer **fully agrees** to all terms and conditions outlined on this page.
