Delivery Location
We currently deliver only within Bangalore.
Delivery Timeline
Orders placed before 5 PM will be delivered on the same day. Orders placed after 5 PM will be delivered the next day.
Order Processing & Payment
Orders are processed only after payment confirmation. Once payment is received, we arrange for delivery immediately.
Delivery Charges
We do not charge a delivery fee. Delivery is arranged via third-party services (Porter/Ola), and payment for delivery is made directly to the driver.

Terms and Conditions
By renting equipment from Okto Healthcare, the customer agrees to the following terms:
No Refund Policy
All rental payments are non-refundable. Once the rental is confirmed, there will be no refunds under any circumstances.
Rental Policy
- Rentals are monthly, irrespective of the number of days used.
- Rentals are pre-paid, and payment must be made in advance.
- Delivery and pick-up costs are to be paid by the user.
- Machines are 100% under the user’s protection during the rental period.
- Any damage to the machine must be paid by the user.
- We are not responsible for the patient’s recovery or health.
- Doctors’ advice is recommended before renting the machine.
- Machines should not be re-rented to any third party.
- Excess days of usage beyond the agreed rental period will fall under a new monthly rental cycle, irrespective of the number of extra days used.
Equipment Damage Charges
Customers are responsible for maintaining the rented medical equipment in good condition. Any damage, loss, or misuse of the equipment will result in additional charges based on the repair or replacement cost.
Legal Jurisdiction
All legal matters and disputes related to the rental services will fall under the jurisdiction of R.T. Nagar Police Station, Bangalore. Customers agree to resolve any disputes in accordance with Bangalore’s local laws.
Agreement to Terms
By renting any medical equipment from Okto Healthcare, the customer fully agrees to all terms and conditions outlined on this page.
