Level 2 or Level 3: Which Test Do You Need?
Level 2
Records sleep stages together with breathing, oxygen, heart activity, limb movement, snoring and body position through a more comprehensive sensor setup. It may be advised when detailed sleep architecture or a broader assessment is needed.
Level 3
Records a focused set of cardiorespiratory signals such as airflow, breathing effort, oxygen saturation, pulse, snoring and body position. It is commonly used for an appropriately selected patient with suspected sleep-disordered breathing.
